Arthur Tyler, a 47-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 22, 2014, in Tangipahoa, Louisiana. Tyler was found lying on the ground, unconscious, next to his vehicle in his driveway on Silo Road. According to his family, Tyler had just returned home from a friend's house when a verbal altercation occurred outside their front door. Tyler's wife reported hearing three gunshots before seeing two individuals running away, one of whom was wearing a hoodie.
