In the summer of 2015, the life of 30-year-old Amon Bob was cut short in an act of violence that remains unresolved. On the night of Friday, July 17, 2015, gunshots rang out on Simcoe Street in Lafayette, Louisiana, leaving Bob fatally wounded. The male victim's death was the result of the shooting, and the incident was subsequently investigated as a homicide.
