Marlon Williams, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2015, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Marlon was a resident of Baton Rouge and worked as a diesel mechanic and landscaper. He was survived by his parents, David J. Williams and Melissa Parker, along with his siblings and extended family.
