In the quiet community of Keithville, Louisiana, a domestic evening turned fatal for Harold Addie, a 44-year-old Black/African American male. On the night of November 16, 2015, Addie was visiting a mobile home on Barron Road where his step-daughter resided with her boyfriend, 18-year-old Garrett David Morgan. An argument reportedly broke out between Morgan and Addie's 15-year-old nephew, which Addie overheard.
