Breon Stewart, a 23-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on December 17, 2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was found alongside her companion, 25-year-old Lionel Delpit III, in a Chrysler PT Cruiser in the parking lot of an apartment building on the I-10 Service Road in New Orleans East.
