Death by Force

Jean Stokes, a 76-year-old African American woman from New Orleans, LA, was reported missing by her family on October 13, 2017. She was last heard from on October 11, 2017, when she spoke to a relative by phone. Stokes was a longtime employee of the Orleans Parish School Board and a mother of five children. Her car was later found abandoned in some brush on Dwyer Boulevard and A Street.
