In the summer of 2018, a dispute in Eutawville, South Carolina, tragically cut short the life of 23-year-old Jervaughn McKins. On August 12th, McKins was shot in the abdomen. He was privately transported to an emergency substation before being transferred to a local hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries later that same day.
