Sammie Banks, a 61-year-old African American man, tragically passed away on January 10, 2016, in New Orleans, LA. He was a United States Air Force veteran and a former employee at Wal-Mart in the Maintenance Department. Sammie Banks was beloved by his family and friends, and he was survived by his children, grandchildren, siblings, and other relatives.
