Brandon L. Washington, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 4, 2016, in Covington, Louisiana. His death occurred at the Green Springs Motel on Highway 21. The investigation revealed that four individuals—Terry Hookfin , Tyreek Sandifer , Demetri James , and Devin Decoud —went to the motel with the intent to rob Brandon Washington.
