On a Tuesday in September of 2017, the life of 38-year-old Felipe Arnoldo Rodriguez Saucedo was tragically cut short in Covington, Louisiana. He was discovered inside a vehicle, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The St. Tammany Parish Coroner's Office officially ruled his death a homicide, prompting an investigation by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office.
