Felipe Arnoldo Rodriguez Saucedo, a 38-year-old male, was found dead on September 19, 2017, in Covington, Louisiana. His body was discovered inside a vehicle in a ditch along Airport Road. Initial observations by responding officers indicated that the injuries on Saucedo's body were not consistent with a car crash. A subsequent autopsy revealed that Saucedo had been shot multiple times in the head.
