Quincy Terrell Randle, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 28, 2016, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Quincy was a victim of a drive-by shooting, which occurred in the Cedar Grove neighborhood. The incident left two other individuals injured, Michael Cooper, 21, and Tamario Jenkins, 20.
