Tiffany Michelle Thomas, a 25-year-old African American woman, tragically passed away on January 31, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Tiffany was born and raised in New Orleans, where she completed her education in the New Orleans Public School System. She was a certified CNA and attended Delgado Community College for cosmetology.
