Beverly Wilkerson, a 73-year-old woman from New Orleans, LA, tragically died on March 11, 2018. Her death was the result of a violent incident involving her grandson, 31-year-old Ernest Richardson. According to court documents, Richardson called 911 from the Historic Second Baptist Church to confess that he had shot his grandmother in the head and wrapped her body in plastic before stealing her car.
