Kentarius Webb, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2017, in Monroe, Louisiana. On that fateful afternoon, Webb was dropped off by his girlfriend, Donteshia Miller, at the Parkview Apartments in Monroe. Webb intended to visit friends while Miller ran a brief errand.
