In the late summer of 2017, the life of Larry K. Fowler, a 29-year-old man from Bogalusa, Louisiana, was tragically cut short in New Orleans. On the evening of Friday, September 15, 2017, Fowler was involved in a fatal altercation in the Hollygrove neighborhood of the city.
