In the brisk autumn air of November 16, 2023, the life of 16-year-old Reginald Scott Williams Jr. was tragically cut short on a street in New Orleans, Louisiana. A young man known affectionately as 'Tubbs' to his friends and family, he was the victim of gun violence in what authorities would classify as a double homicide.
