Earl Andrews, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 25, 2017, at Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana. Andrews, a senior criminal justice major, was shot along with his friend Monquiarious Caldwell, also 23 and from Farmerville, Louisiana.
