Terrence Jude Brigalia, a 31-year-old African American man from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on January 20, 2018. He was born on June 3, 1986, and had a history of service, having graduated from the Louisiana Army National Guard Youth Challenge Program in March 2003 and later serving in the U.S. Army in 2007. At the time of his death, he was attending Delgado Community College.
