Alfreda Mills, a 40-year-old woman from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost her life on January 26, 2018. She was affectionately known as "Freda" and was born on February 5, 1977, to Alfred Spears and Barbara Mills. Alfreda was fatally shot multiple times, and her death was part of a weekend of violence in Baton Rouge that also claimed the life of 36-year-old Byron Jenkins.
