On a Friday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 40-year-old Alfreda Mills was found inside her Kia vehicle, having been shot multiple times. The discovery was made around 10 p.m. on January 26, 2018, in the 800 block of South Boulevard near Iberville Street. Known affectionately as 'Freda,' she was a mother and grandmother.
