Herbert Foster, a 35-year-old African American man from New Orleans, LA, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2018. He was fatally shot in the middle of a street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on Mother's Day, and police investigations revealed that 21-year-old Donnell Brown III was responsible for the shooting. Brown was later sought by the police and an arrest warrant was issued for him on charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder.
