Chance O'Neal Smith, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on August 18, 2018, at University Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. His untimely death has left a profound impact on his family and community. Chance was survived by his parents, Chantell Smith and Courtney Jones, as well as his devoted godparent, Shyekah Roberson, and eight siblings. The family requested private funeral services, and Chance was laid to rest at Carrollton Cemetery in New Orleans.
