Garold Andrew "T Pain" Lewis, aged 25, was fatally shot on September 19, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident took place at around 5:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard, in front of Brothers Supermarket. Lewis was one of three victims involved in the triple-shooting, which left him dead and two others injured. The attack unfolded suddenly, and Lewis sustained multiple gunshot wounds, which ultimately led to his death at the scene.
