De'Amondre Devonte Arceneaux, a 19-year-old African American male from Carencro, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 21, 2018. His body was discovered in a ditch on Breaux Road in Carencro, near its intersection with Francois Drive. The Carencro Police Department identified the incident as a homicide and launched an investigation into his death.
