Glenn Allen Curtis was a Black man, 23, who died on November 20, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana. That Tuesday afternoon, violence found him along Tchoupitoulas Street near the intersection with St. James Street, an area lined with traffic, businesses, and a steady flow of people going about an ordinary day.
