Lawrence Keith "Law" Varnado, a 29-year-old African American male, passed away on January 27, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a graduate of McDonogh #35 High School and was known for his vibrant personality and bright spirit. Lawrence was the son of Vonda V. Parker and the late Lawrence Keith Matthews.
