Lawrence Keith "Law" Varnado, a 29-year-old African American male, passed away on January 27, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a graduate of McDonogh #35 High School and was known for his vibrant personality and bright spirit. Lawrence was the son of Vonda V. Parker and the late Lawrence Keith Matthews. He was also the step-son of Alloyusis Parker.
