In the heart of New Orleans, a life was tragically cut short on a Sunday afternoon. Lawrence Keith 'Law' Varnado, a 29-year-old male, was gunned down on January 27, 2019, at the intersection of Diana and Verret streets. The incident unfolded around 12:48 p.m., when police responded to a call of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Varnado suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
