On February 11, 2019, 22-year-old Destin Smith, a young man from Lutcher, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed. St. James Parish Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a shooting at a Lutcher apartment complex and found Smith suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
