On a late Tuesday evening in Lutcher, Louisiana, the life of 43-year-old Matthew Richard Wiggins was tragically cut short. On March 8, 2022, at approximately 11:41 p.m., Wiggins, a male resident of Lionel Washington Street, answered a knock at his front door and was met with gunfire.
