Thaddeus Watis, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2018, in Lutcher, Louisiana. The incident occurred just before midnight on Christmas Eve, when a quadruple shooting erupted outside a bar at the intersection of Main and West La Brea Streets.
