Clarence Mitchell, a 34-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on February 17, 2019, in New Orleans, LA. His death was the result of an ambush-style shooting. Witnesses at the scene described the suspect as a black male wearing an orange shirt who was carrying a gun. The suspect, identified as Leonard Miller, ambushed Mitchell with a shotgun while he was driving a vehicle.
