Lonnie Samuel Jr., a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Shreveport, Louisiana, on April 11, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Lonnie Samuel Jr. was found in the back seat of a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest.
