In the summer of 2019, the life of 29-year-old LeeJerryius Traveone Baines, a male from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On the night of June 9th, a dispute that began inside the Royalty Cigar and Hookah Lounge on Texas Street spilled out onto the sidewalk, escalating into gunfire.
