LeeJerryius Traveone Baines, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 9, 2019, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Baines was a victim of a shooting incident that occurred outside the Royalty Cigar and Hookah Lounge, located at 211 Texas Street. The incident took place around 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday night.
