Keyon Clark, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered on June 19, 2019, outside the Frank Lemon Playground in Shrewsbury, New Orleans. Keyon, affectionately known as "Keedy" or "Scooter," was a student at Delgado Community College and a graduate of G.W. Carver High School, where he played football.
