On August 6, 2019, 17-year-old Rontrell Henry was fatally shot in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the New Orleans East area, where Rontrell, a young Black male, became a victim of gun violence. He was one of two teenagers wounded in a double shooting that day; unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
