The victim, Cedric Baldwin, 38, was found with a fatal gunshot wound on Sept. 21, 2019, inside a home on LA 449. The St. Helena Parish Sheriff's Office continues to investigate, with the case now considered a cold case. The incident was initially reported as a 911 call about an unresponsive male.
