Tyler Batiste, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. According to reports, Tyler was at his home when he answered a knock at the door and was met with gunfire. The bullets pierced the walls of his home and even entered his neighbor's home, but fortunately, no one else was injured. Tyler was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
