In the early summer of 2020, the life of 26-year-old Terrence 'TJ' Foster was tragically cut short. On the fourth of June, in the town of Amite, Louisiana, Foster fell victim to fatal gun violence. The incident that claimed his life also resulted in the death of another man, 29-year-old Alvin 'AJ' Henderson, and left a third individual wounded.
The shooting prompted an investigation by the Amite Police Department.
In the days following the incident, their efforts led to the identification of a suspect. On June 9, 2020, authorities arrested 20-year-old Keandre Dunn in connection with the deadly shooting.
Dunn was subsequently charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Foster and Henderson. He also faced a charge of attempted first-degree murder for the injuries sustained by the third victim. Following his arrest, Dunn was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.
