Joshua Lee, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on June 17, 2015, in Amite, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Dollar General store on Highway 51. According to reports, Lee was working on a construction job next door to the store when he was confronted by Jermaine Williams, a 39-year-old African American male.
