On July 3, 2020, Brian Hayes, a 41-year-old man from New Orleans, LA, was tragically shot and killed in the 8400 block of I-10 Service Road in the West Lake Forest neighborhood of New Orleans East. Hayes was found suffering from a gunshot wound and died at the scene. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m., and two other victims, a man and a woman, were later reported to have arrived at the hospital in stable condition.
