In the late hours of a Tuesday night in New Orleans, a discovery was made that marked a tragic end to a life. On July 14, 2020, 46-year-old Richard Graves was found deceased in his vehicle. The car was situated in a grassy area off Interstate 10, near the Chef Menteur Highway exit in the eastern part of the city.
New Orleans Police Department officers responded to a call at approximately 10:40 p.m. regarding the vehicle. Upon their arrival, they found Mr.
