Death by Force

On July 14, 2020, Richard Graves, a 46-year-old man from New Orleans, Louisiana, was found deceased in his vehicle near the Chef Menteur Highway exit off Interstate 10 in New Orleans East. The New Orleans Police Department responded to a call around 10:40 PM regarding a car situated in a grassy area off the interstate. Upon arrival, officers discovered Graves inside the vehicle with fatal gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
