Jarred Michael "Jrock" Turner, a 23-year-old African American male from Houma, LA, tragically passed away on September 6, 2020. Jarred was a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Houma. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds at Harmon Park, located at the end of Commerce Street in Houma. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Jarred succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
