Larry D. Watson, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred late Sunday night in the Broadmoor neighborhood. Larry was driving in the 200 block of East Dudley Street at Alexander Avenue when he was fatally shot in the face.
