Shamarr Dionte Owens

On March 28, 2014, Shamarr Dionte Owens, aged 28, was killed in a drive-by shooting while sitting inside a car outside a liquor store in North Oakland, California. Owens, who was from Emeryville, was shot along with a friend who was also in the vehicle at the time. The friend, aged 24, was critically injured but survived the incident.
