Brandon Chatman, a 25-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on October 16, 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 9:35 a.m. at 1251 North Ardenwood Drive, where Chatman was found on the upstairs walkway of an apartment complex, deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. The motive behind the shooting was initially unknown, and the Baton Rouge Police Department urged anyone with information to contact the Violent Crimes Unit or Crime Stoppers.
