In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Shreveport, Louisiana, a dispute at a convenience store tragically escalated, claiming the life of Oquez Allen, a 31-year-old male. The incident unfolded just after 11:00 p.m. on November 4, 2020, at the Circle K located in the 9000 block of Youree Drive.
