Oquez Allen, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 4, 2020, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred at a Circle K convenience store located on Youree Drive. On that fateful night, just after 11 p.m., Allen was involved in a verbal altercation with 24-year-old Devin Adams.
