John Earl Mitchell, a 28-year-old man from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on November 6, 2020. He was shot multiple times at the Jaguar Tire Shop on Scenic Highway in Baton Rouge. The incident occurred around 11:35 a.m., and John Mitchell died at the scene. The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating the shooting, but as of now, the suspect and motive remain unknown.
