Death by Force

On September 9, 2020, 45-year-old Daryl Chaney was fatally shot in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 2:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of Convention Street. Chaney was found near the roadway suffering from apparent gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Baton Rouge Police Department launched a homicide investigation into Chaney's death.
