Jaerick Carey, a 29-year-old male from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically killed on November 21, 2020. The incident occurred in the Mooretown neighborhood, where Carey was shot just after 10 p.m. in the 5200 Block of Ellison Street. He was then taken by private vehicle to the Stop N Shop convenience store in the 4900 block of Jewella Avenue.
