Ronnie M. Claiborne, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred at Pier Landing Apartments on Dee Street, where Claiborne was shot multiple times during a heated altercation. The Shreveport Police Department responded to the scene around 10:30 a.m. and found Claiborne with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
