Kaylin Williams, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 3, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 5:40 p.m. on the 3200 block of Milton Street. Upon arrival, officers found Williams suffering from multiple gunshot injuries to the upper body. He was transported to Ochsner LSU Health, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
