On a summer evening in Detroit, 16-year-old Brian Robinson Jr.'s life was tragically cut short. On July 20, 2012, between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m., the promising student-athlete was shot and killed inside a friend's home on Mansfield Street, near Pembroke Avenue. At the time of his death, Brian was a popular and athletic young man who was looking forward to graduating from high school the following January.
